Classic count, stack and box for these large pillows of building materials. The applications can vary but the action is the same. The application comes out from a machine that’s low, the application gets the air released and while traveling up, flips into the box on a count. Once the count is reached the second conveyor moves into position to collect the new batch. SmartMove® Modular Conveyors bring the application up to ergonomic height, push the air out, flatten, count and stack them into a box. This system also features an LX frame. We recommend this type of conveyor when a pulling application from a low point up to desired ergonomic height is required.
