The “Simple Counting Conveyor” has been very popular for those who need to count as the product passes. No special bells or whistles, just set the desired amount and after the count is met the alarm will sound and a light will flash. Rewarding the assemblers that the count has been achieved. A reset button is pressed and the process resumes the count. If the assembly needs to stop for some reason the stop button is pressed and the counter will hold the count until the process is resumed.
