Smartmove’s Z conveyors are custom engineered to move your product up and over into a hopper or onto a secondary conveyor. 30, 45, or 90 degree parts are being carried without under belt sag. Conveyors of this type often have under frame belt sag once reaching such heights, which can cause hands to get caught while attempting to undo. This is not the case with SmartMove® Conveyors due to the belting riding inside aluminum frames. Our custom enclosed edge belt conveyors are equipped with unique Beveledge™ belting, which is specifically designed for carrying small product up inclines.
