SmartMove Conveyor Long Line Conveyors are safe, energy efficient and quiet, making them equally suitable for an office, warehouse or factory. Available in widths from 6 to 48 inches, and lengths up to 30 feet, these conveyors can move 200 lbs. up to 30 feet using a single 25 watt motor. Transfer plates can be added to connect all the sections, making the conveyor line unlimited.
SmartMove Long Line Conveyor Features:
- Cut resistant polypropylene belting can handle material that may otherwise damage conventional belting.
- SmartMove snap-link belting will last over 5 times longer than other types of belting made of cloth or plastic. Save money by replacing only the damaged sections instead of replacing an entire belt. Quickly repair belt without tools.
- Superior low friction allows belt to slide under items to create low pressure accumulation.
- Protect operators from injury with unique snap-link belting that acts like a fuse to separate during overload or jams.
- Save on electricity with high efficiency drive that uses only 25 Watts (1/30Hp) to carry 200 lbs.
- 2 Year Warranty
- Plug & Play – Easy Installation
Portable — Quiet — Clean — Modular — Safe — Energy Efficient — Maintenance Free
A well designed conveyor lasts longer when it is working more efficiently… and by using a smaller motor, the conveyor is safer to operate!

Long-Line Conveyor Applications
Assembly Lines. You can build directly on the line or simply transfer assemblies between workstations. Simple and safe conveyor lines are ideal for any part of the manufacturing process where people will be interacting with the parts being carried on the line. Conveyors greatly reduce assembly time by eliminating hand carrying or hand passing products.
Exiting Systems. Install conveyors on the exiting end of automation equipment to store/deliver items directly to inspection or packaging. Keeping products in a line flow is ideal for meeting ISO requirements for controlling quality (FIFO). Avoid the mixture of parts that can occur when filling buckets and totes. If parts start to fail inspection, it is easier to migrate your material than needing to sort through large bins of mixed material.
Molding. Run faster molding cycles by reducing the hold time and letting items drop onto conveyors that will keep items separated until they cool. Again, keeping parts in FIFO order helps segregate if parts deviate from specifications during the mold run.
Fulfillment with UPS weigh stations. Process packages from stock to shipping on safe modular conveyor lines. Date entry, weighing and labeling can be performed directly on the line with SmartMove’s inline countertops and support shelves.
Electronics PC Board
Multiple inspection with buffering. Replace carts and racks with continuous lines of brush belted SmartMove conveyors that allow circuit boards to be safely transported on the surface of the belt to holding areas created by end-stops. The brush belting rides under delivered boards without damage to provide low pressure accumulation.
Exit Wave Solder. Accumulate circuit boards with brush belting after cooled. (Use SmartMove full ribbed “hump-back” conveyor to carry hot boards out of wave solder.) The longer the line, the more boards that can be accumulated.
