Process:

The overhead conveyor receives the product from the machine, counts it, and the empty box conveyor has a queue of 5 boxes, when the application comes off the first conveyor and the empty box is pushed into position collecting the application to it’s full set amount. After the count is reached the completed box takes off to the end of the conveyor to queue. This is a plug and play conveyor system that can be hard wired into your machine if necessary.
