Installing Pinned Belting on the SmartMove Conveyor System

Release the 2 tabs that lock the pins in place with a small flathead screwdriver. Remove the pin by pushing through the opposite end.

Close the locking tab on the motor side. Feed belting over the idler end, tracking over the sprockets, pulling with two operators underneath towards the motor end of the conveyor. Unroll the remainder of the belting so that both ends of the belting meet at the motor end of the conveyor. Once both ends of the belting reach the motor end of the conveyor, push the pin through the links and close the remaining locking tab.

To be sure the belt is running in the correct direction the locking tab faces away from the motor.
