PROJECT:
To create a Conveyor System that accepts product which self aligns while accumulating.
CHALLENGE:
Many heavy products that come off a CNC machine frequently cause bottlenecks. To develop a Take Away Short Line Conveyor System for delicate products that need to be accumulated without touching each other or causing damage at the end of the line.
SOLUTION & RESULTS:
A Take Away Conveyor with low friction roller top belting that would take the product away from the CNC Machine allowing the product to float while conveying. The system runs 24/7 without any damage to the machined parts.
