Packaging line for filler & sealer
CHALLENGE:
The boxes needed to be upright for filling and sealing. The entire process needed to be automated in order to create an even flow. The indexing was done with the customers own sealing machine.
SOLUTION & RESULTS:
High friction belting was placed on the infeed conveyor, Z conveyor frame and “z” long line configuration was used to move up and over and into the filling station where it could then be sealed and cased. The product moved at an even pace indexing with sealer increasing production through all shifts.
