Humpback Conveyor With Gradient Cooler
This SmartMove® Humpback is used for a Wave Soldering Exit Conveyor. The little conveyor has ESD (electro static dissipative) ribbed belting in order to keep the part from rolling off and to hold the part high enough for gradient air to flow under and cool the part. This cooling conveyor is used for electronics, food, drug, cosmetics and medical industries. The gradient cooler can also be built with static eliminating bars if needed. The gradient cooler is built with a tunnel for cool air flow.
